AGRICULTURE


Earthwize has a long history of food service, producing organic products before they became a worldwide trend. The cool hills of Baguio, Philippines, were the ideal environment to produce premium shiitake mushrooms as Everbloom, the first private shiitake production facility in Southeast Asia. Not too long after that, the same location gave birth to our organic strawberry farm, producing some of the sweetest strawberries in the country.
A current organic highlight is Ebisu Tamago 恵比須卵, all-natural export-quality eggs that are featured in our Aozora group of restaurants, as well as other major restaurant groups in Manila NCR. The deep flavor and vibrant color of the yolks are perfectly matched to a wide array of Japanese dishes, as well as premium baked goods.
As we look to evolve our agricultural offerings, our next venture explores the possibilities of urban agriculture. Vertical farming, hydroponics and aquaculture are the areas that Earthwize will expanding upon soon.
